In search of the nightjar

We are just before Midsummer Night – the time of year when the days are at their longest and the nights at their shortest. As twilight lingers over the landscape, we head out to get to know one of our most mysterious and nocturnal birds: the nightjar. This special species is most active when darkness falls. With a bit of luck, we will hear its typical churring song and may even see it in flight. A magical experience for every nature lover!
