Be Flat - LIVING

Be Flat brings circus where you don't expect it: in the middle of life itself. With LIVING, the library in Waregem changes into a surprising play area, without losing its familiar function. The space remains what it is, but gets a new layer full of movement, balance, and energy. Each performance is created in dialogue with the place. Acrobats respond to what is already present and turn everyday environments into a living decor. This makes each edition different, each encounter unique. Be Flat, founded by Ward Mortier and Thomas Decaesstecker in Ghent, is known for the mix of acrobatics and urban sports. Their approach feels playful and spontaneous, but is full of precision and power.
