Thanks to the contribution of neurosciences, you will develop a better understanding of what is happening in the brain. We will address the issues of stress, motivation and pleasure, assertiveness, and self-confidence under the gaze of neurosciences: diagnosis of causes and exercises and protocols to help people. More specifically for professionals accompanying people (coaches, therapists, etc.), this course proposes a reading grid that makes diagnoses quick and effective in order to provide the exercises most adapted to your client's problem. The contributions of neurosciences will allow you to better understand the cerebral mechanisms at work in your clients/patients, in order to accompany them more effectively in their challenges. The method allows for accompanying all kinds of clientele, from adolescents to adults in their private or professional life. OBJECTIVES The goal of this training is to acquire practical tools from neurosciences to use for oneself or with patients/clients. Each training day is punctuated by a mix of theoretical contributions, practical demonstrations, and integration time in one's life or in one's own professional practice. The days are interactive and rich in sharing experiences. FOR WHOM? This training has been developed to meet the needs of two audiences: 1- Professionals accompanying people: coaches, therapists, consultants in organizational change, managers, and heads of Ressources Humaines. At the end of this course, you will be able to use tools from neurosciences for your support and to select the appropriate tool for your client's problem. You will add new innovative tools to your professional palette to allow your clients to better know themselves, to better motivate themselves, to manage their stress, and to develop their assertiveness and self-confidence. 2- People who, in a process of personal or professional development, wish to discover powerful tools for self-understanding, stress management, motivation, etc., to better understand how they, or those around them, function.
