Przemyslaw Kapitula "Organ concert"

We welcome an international guest of stature: the Polish organ grandmaster Przemyslaw Kapitula. In dialogue with the Vocaal Ensemble Adriaen Willaert, under the direction of Eric Hallein, he brings a program full of variety and craftsmanship. The emphasis is on the ‘galant’ music style: elegant, light-footed music that comes into its own particularly beautifully on the valuable 18th-century Jacob Andries Berger organ. The program also includes work by Joseph Haydn, one of the founders of European music culture.
