From public enemies to prestigious domestic companions, four-legged Brussels residents acquired multiple roles and reputations over the centuries. WHAT WILL YOU DISCOVER? From their past omnipresence in the heart of urban life, there still remains today, on facades and monuments, numerous traces of their passage, whether historical or legendary. From now on, the increased protection of species and their environment has opened a new chapter, hiding the discreet presence of a new wildlife, sometimes in the most unexpected places. Should we always separate the urban environment from the wild environment? On the program of the walk, among others... - The soldier dogs of the Belgian army; - The parakeets of the Egmont Park; - The horses of Queen Marie-Henriette; - The song of Martin, the deer of the Royal Park; - The foxes of Rose Delhaye; and many other stories about our Brussels critters!
