Kevin Van Staeyen, Bernard Van Lent, Ronald Dedrie & Frank De Wolf play 'Over Wannes'

Wannes Van De Velde continues to inspire. With him, the ‘Antweirps’ dialect became a cultural language. In this project, we especially honor his earliest period. The classics. The work that creaks and bites the most. Zoals Wannes himself was: surveying the world, high from ‘his attic’, but without looking down. Your host is Wannes-admirer Kevin Van Staeyen (vocals and violin). He is artistically supported by none other than Bernard Van Lent, Wannes' original accordionist. A singer is a group. Kevin and Bernard are musically surrounded by Ronald Dedrie (transverse flute) and Frank De Wolf (double bass).
