The weekly market of Sint-Truiden on Saturday morning has been a household name for the people of Sint-Truiden and residents from the surrounding municipalities for many years. A permanent place within this market tradition is now the performances on the two magnificent historical organs of the Church of Our Lady: the romantic choir organ by the Sint-Truiden organ builder Clerinx (1874) and the baroque main organ built by Schumacher in 1995. The formula of Market Concerts has grown into a monthly cozy and informal meeting moment for music lovers. First enjoy the sounds of the organs and then conclude with a drink, a piece of cake, and a nice meeting with the soloists. This season, too, organists from all over Belgium will provide magnificent organ sounds! Ensemble for early music of the Conservatorium van Verviers conducted by Bernard Zondermann with the participation of Marion Deschamps, flute solo Program: works by J.S. Bach, J.-B. Lully, H.
