Walking together in Hamme-De Bunt with the writer Filip De Pillecyn

Our nature walk leads along the monument for Filip De Pillecyn at the mouth of the Durme and over the dikes that dam this river and the Scheldt, through the nature reserve the Bunt. In his People behind the dike (1949), this Prins der Nederlandse of letters described the material, social, and cultural misery at the end of the 19th century. Does our current standard of living not make us forget that? Walk of approx. 8.5 km along the junctions. Everyone welcome, participation free.
