After their tribute to the women around Serge Gainsbourg in 2018 and their Kate Bush tribute in 2023, they bundle their four unique voices in a delightful celebration of female artists from the '60s and '70s. Think of the raw power of Janis Joplin, the liquid poetry of Joni Mitchell, the trippy psychedelia of Jefferson Airplane, and the lyricism of The Ronettes, Judie Sill, Linda Perhacs, and Nina Simone. Oko Yono is the women's power band of Annelies Van Dinter (Echo Beatty, Naga Ghost, Pruillip), Myrthe Luyten (Astronaute, Mad About Mountains), Birsen Uçar (Hydrogen Sea), and Caitlin Talbut (BLUAI, Plush Baby, BLOND).
