30 years De Foyer benefit concert - Jef Neve, Andy Dhondt, Hanne Roos

Pianist/composer Jef Neve, soprano Hanne Roos, and saxophonist Andy Dhondt bring together a warm, atmospheric, but also very captivating concert. They play neo-classical music together, by various composers (from R. Strauss to O. Arnalds of Gershwin), but of course also music by Jef Neve himself and some beautiful songs. The concept of this trio was created in the middle of the COVID crisis as a dawn concert where people could wake up outside, and far enough apart, with this beautiful music. But we are already a few years later now, and they still often perform this program (which has of course been renewed and evolved in the meantime) due to the high demand and the emotional impact of the music on people. We believe that every child has the right to access music education. We build bridges between Belgium and Kenya by: Collecting and repairing musical instruments. Shipping these instruments to Kenya. Organizing masterclasses with professional musicians. Supporting young people in the slums of Nairobi and Mombasa via The Art of Music Foundation. Met Pasen 2026 we are expanding our support with large-scale music camps for both beginners and advanced students.,
