Hotel Carrousel in Edmond

In the series Verborgen Parels, we head to the creative workspace Edmond in Koekelberg for a special trip with a guided tour in Hotel Carrousel. Hotel Carrousel is a traveling exhibition project for video and media art, which lands at a different location each time. We get to know four young Belgian artists. Their work shows in an accessible way how they look at the world today. The artworks are presented as projections and installations in the large central hall of Edmond, a former dairy products factory with a special atmosphere. We get an exclusive preview that day: the exhibition only opens to the general public a few hours later. Moreover, some artists are already present, which offers a nice opportunity to meet them and ask questions about their work. In addition to the tour, we also take a look behind the scenes of the Edmond building and conclude with a drink in the great cafeteria. , On Friday, July 3.
