Okapi (8-24 months & 2-4 years) - Klankennest

Welcome around (and eventually into) a constantly changing landscape of sound, movement, and clay! Klankennest is inspired by early baroque music, but also by the endless play possibilities of clay. Sounds and images are formed by unique clay sculptures that were made especially for this performance. They flow without boundaries, like an echo of an endless way of playing and discovering. Okapi takes us on a journey along old and new music, familiar and innovative instruments, structure and freedom. Are you coming on an adventure? Klankennest works on a wonderful oeuvre for the very youngest and prioritizes music, discovery, and wonder. By now they know the way to our stages well. For example, after the highly appreciated Specht at Krokusfestival 2020, they worked in our workspace HET LAB on Manta (CCHA, 2021). In May 2025 they performed Maanvogel on our stage. For this Okapi too, the company did research in HET LAB. attention Please respect the age of the children. 09.30 & 11 am: 8-24 months 3 pm: 2-4 years To maintain the atmosphere optimally, the audience number is limited.
