Both at the Sinksenfeesten Kortrijk and at the Gentse Feesten 2025, both squares were closed off due to the large turnout for the concert of Marcel de Groot! Proof that Boudewijn's songs are still very much alive, and they were sung along to at the top of their lungs by an enthusiastic audience each time! The idea of interpreting his father's repertoire had been on Marcel's mind for a while. With multi-instrumentalists Martin Bakker (Nits, Freek de Jonge …) and Rens van der Zalm (Frank Boeijen, Youp van ’t Hek …), son Marcel goes browsing through the richly filled oeuvre of Boudewijn.
