Via Emblem we reach the Kleine Nete and follow some new junctions towards Nijlen. Door de Merodebossen we reach Bevel. Here in Veldvolk we are welcome to eat something delicious for our lunch. Veldvolk is a shop and friendly eatery with social employment. It is a department of the care farm Emiliushoeve. Last year we stopped here for a moment to have a drink. We continue to discover the rural roads of Bevel for a while and thus arrive at the Grote Nete. We continue driving through the picturesque Gestel and along the Grote Neteboorden we wind our way into Lier. Here it is time for an afternoon stop. Along the renovated polder of Lier and the Ringenhof we roll on. At the Pime we leave the Nete banks and via the Vinkenstraat we drive back into Vremde. We hope for summer weather.
