Classical concert on the water

The Koninklijke Moedige Bootvissers of LIER are organizing another Klassiek Concert on the water this year, on August 30, 2026. This year we chose musicians from Lier ( piano-violin-oboe ) and as an extra, we are giving young and exceptionally talented young people from Lier the chance to gain stage experience. Once a year, we want to use our boats and our boathouse in a different and original way. Then our boathouse and our boats become a concert hall and 1 boat becomes a stage.. The classical music concert therefore takes place “on the water". We can accommodate 70 people per performance (2 performances), 1 at 10:30 AM and the second at 12:00 PM.
