Blowzabella has a completely unique, rousing, drone-infused sound, played with a fantastic sense of melody, rhythmic expertise and pure feeling. They write their own music which is influenced by English and European traditional dance music. That is why the idea quickly grew within the band to share their expertise and especially their approach with the audience. With success, because every year the band organizes various Blowzabella weekends in the UK and in Europe. These festivals are always a creative melting pot of masterclasses, initiations such as balls and concerts. The goal of this festival is that everyone can participate, both beginning and advanced musicians, as well as people who have never danced. All members of Blowzabella are experienced teachers and also invite a guest group that they admire each time.
