Filmed over several years, "Ici Brazza" roams a vast industrial wasteland living its final hours before its transformation into a residential neighborhood. As the city of tomorrow takes shape, those who already occupy the premises appear: precarious inhabitants, shadow workers, and discreet forms of life. Without superfluous commentary, carried by sensitive sound work and great precision of gaze, the film observes the mutations of the place and the promises that accompany them, not without humor. It questions what disappears, what remains, and what making the city really means.
