Moon walk

I would like to invite you to fully (re)breathe during the Moonwalk. In addition to inspiring moon facts, breathing techniques, standing yoga exercises, and mindful tips will be covered. Let the magic of the moon help you slow down and listen to yourself. We will conclude with a drink and a treat. Put on your sports shoes and don't forget your flashlight!
