Halloween Concert - Underscoring Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde

Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde – live underscoring to silent film\n\nOp Halloweenavond CloseOpera plunges you into the dark world of one of the great classics of silent film: The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde van John S. Robertson from 1920, based on the famous story by Robert Louis Stevenson.\n\nThe struggle between good and evil — and the fracture lines in human identity — is given a special musical dimension. Image, vocals, and piano merge into an intense total experience.\n\nMet Trien Cornelis (soprano), Door Van Bergen (tenor), Thomas Vandenabeele (baritone), and Jelle Vastershaeghe (piano).\n\nIf Wie de Halloweenavond wants to start completely in the mood, you can join beforehand at 6 PM for the Ghoulish Dinner: main course and dessert for €30 p.p.
