I made new friends there, discovered new streets and squares, got to know new corners and edges, and found my great love. I love the unique combination between the lively, messy city life and the stilled melancholy of the coastline with the pastel-colored dike. I love Ostend in the morning - an ordinary working day in October or November, when the city wakes up.
