Film Muganga

On the occasion of the 11.11.11 campaign, we invite you to a free film evening. We are screening Muganga, a gripping film inspired by a true story. The film tells the exceptional struggle of doctor Denis Mukwege, Congolese physician and future Nobel Peace Prize laureate. In the east of the Democratische Republiek Congo, day after day, he cares for thousands of women who are victims of sexual violence, at the peril of his own life. After the screening there is room to chat and exchange experiences. Anke Dumez guides the post-discussion. Meanwhile, you can enjoy some tasty African snacks.
