Soetkin Baptist & Det Vilde Kor

After diving deep into the Belgian folk scene with projects like Ishtar and Olla Vogala, Soetkin Baptist made a splash in the world of early music. And since she moved to Norway in 2015, she has become an indispensable part of the Norwegian music scene, where, in addition to solo work, she also pushes boundaries through her coaching for various choirs, and especially 'her' Det Vilde Kor with whom she is now coming to Belgium. After her first own EP Steigen Songs (2024), she will release a new EP in March 2026: Both Sides Live including one song that she recorded live with Det Vilde choir: But I Loved, a reworking of the Norwegian hit by Highsakite.
