Bizon Blues Concert: Heikki Rasilo (FIN) + Harmless

HEIKKI RASILO is a Finnish guitarist-singer-songwriter, performing his original music in and around Brussels since 2013. His music, varying from folk ballads to energetic bluesy/rocky pieces, is driven by haunting vocal melodies, and smooth but unpredictable chord progressions. His band includes Andy Deavin (Bass), Pierre Schifflers (Drums), Leo Luy (Guitar) and Johan Loeckx (Keyboards). HARMLESS are Andy on bass, Glyn on drums, Chris on banjo. Songs with a simplicity of form with catchy hooks from the banjo department - under strict orders not to play too many notes at once. Think of Can (German experimental rock band circa 1972) with a bass leading and you’ll be half way there.
