In "C'est pas cousu d'avance!", we talk about clothing. In all its seams, even invisible. From the pleasure of dressing to excessive consumption, clothes are what we say about ourselves, on the outside. But who makes our clothes? How? Where? With thread and needles, machines and bobbins, Sophie and Rebecca, put flesh back into textile fibers. They hem. They stitch. They assemble, for us, the stories of the people who are hidden behind our clothes. A militant and captivating play that scrutinizes the less-than-shining seams of clothes bought quickly, thrown away quickly. In partnership with the ADL of Bastogne as part of Fair Trade Week.
