A grim alley in the slums of a big city. The back door of a restaurant. The pounding beats of an underground club. Neon. Frying fat. Urine. In an alley, masks fall off. For once, you may witness what is normally hidden. Steegske is the fourth performance by Febe Coysman & Lena Majri. After two theater performances, they return to their first great love: location theater. Once again, they create a cinematic world, populated by grotesque characters. With humor and compassion, they dismantle their tragedy and do not shy away from the big questions and feelings.
