Solar eclipse seen from the water sports track

On August 12, a solar eclipse will take place that will even be total in some places in Europe! Unfortunately not in our little Belgium, but a substantial 90% of the solar disk will still be covered by the Moon. And you can experience that together with employees of the UGent Volkssterrenwacht Armand Pien through one of our mobile telescopes that will be set up at the Watersportbaan! Reservation is not necessary: just come by and experience a magical moment of nature.
