52nd Chapter of the Royal Order of the Brotherhood of the Cherry-Taster

As every year, on the occasion of the Cherry Fair, the Confrérie du Taste-Cerise organizes its solemn chapter. It will take place on Saturday, July 11 and Sunday, July 12 according to the following program: Saturday program: The members gather with a drum and fifes (grenadiers of Thuin) to form the procession that wanders all day from 08:00. Sunday program: 08:00: Welcome and breakfast (Biercée School) for the invited Brotherhoods/Putting on the habit. 09:00: Departure of the procession from the school to the church, accompanied by the fifes and drums (grenadiers of Thuin). 09:15: Te Deum in the church St Théodard (exit of the giant cherry tart). 09:30: Chapter in the church St Théodard and customary inductions. 11:00: Aperitif offered to the population in the school courtyard. 11:50: Departure in procession towards the kiosk with the music of the Fair. From 13:15: Departure for the Agapes at the patro hall of Thuillies.
