Chasse Patat - Preacher's summer

Saturday, August 1, 2026 “Chasse Patat” during Predikheerlijke Zomer Chasse Patat is a group of young musical friends. They write their own Dutch-language songs between pop and kleinkunst. The song lyrics are inspired by their lives as twenty-somethings, making them recognizable and close to this Mechelen band. Their songs encourage dancing and reflection. The goal? To convey friendship and love for music to the audience. During their first theater show, in November 2024 in the Tessestraat, the success was so great that the organization promptly had to plan a second performance, which was also immediately sold out.
