Autism-friendly family trip to the KMSKA - Animals in art

On Thursday, August 27, 2026, we head to the KMSKA in Antwerp for a unique guided tour and workshop! Come along on a voyage of discovery through the museum and search together for animals in art. During this quiet family day, we look with different eyes at paintings full of large and small animals: from dragons and dogs to sheep, leopards, and tiny insects. In addition, you will craft your own photo book, and you can take some photos with a Polaroid camera that can be pasted into your photo book. You can take this photo book home afterward as a souvenir. With this activity, we focus on families with children with (a suspicion of) autism between 8 and 12 years old. Brothers, sisters, parents, other family members, or friends are of course also always welcome!
