A subdued and moving performance in which music, dance, and image together tell a story of loss and comfort.
Consolation is a performance with live music, dance, and nature photography about (living) loss. Jozef Sercu composed the wordless music for the incurable illness of his now-deceased godson, Tore. With piano, cello, accordion, choir, and soft percussion, Tore's story, and that of many others, is told. A moving, comforting, and connecting experience.
> At this performance, you can participate for free in a discussion round about grief and living loss, supported by the Fika-huis Brugge. You can find more info about this via hetpoorthuisbrugge.be.
