Patricia is in her mid-thirties and still lives with her parents. She struggles with herself and finds little stability at home. Her parents are drowning in their own worries: financial problems, suspicion, and conspiracy theories color their view of the world. Everyone is muddling through, while everything steadily tumbles toward the abyss. 'Patricia' is a poignant and sometimes witty portrait of people trying to get a grip on a world that keeps slipping away from them. The performance explores the fragile boundary between reality and illusion, banality and meaning, despair and hope. Peter De Graef wrote the text and is on stage together with Karlijn Sileghem and Liesa Naert, directed by Jan Sobrie.
