A castle... in Mortsel? Yes, indeed!

During a shortened half-hour tour, we take a journey through time through the history of the castle and some of its residents. Who knows, you might even come across some familiar names? The tour is specifically focused on the history of the castle and its residents. Since the current castle consists largely of private areas, only 2 rooms are accessible to the public. A standard tour lasts 1.5 hours. To give as many people as possible the chance to get to know the castle, I will give a shortened version of half an hour during OMD with the most important facts. Suitable for young people from 12 to 102 years old. The tours take place every hour starting at 10:30 AM. Max. 25 people/group. Reservation required. Practical info: The tour takes place largely outside and a little bit inside. Appropriate clothing for the weather conditions is desired. Accessibility: The tour takes place on the castle grounds on the ground floor, completely on the same level with a paved surface. Consequently, this guided tour is accessible to wheelchairs.
