Day trip through the Molenbeek Valley and Silsombos forest

On this autumn day, we will make a beautiful day trip through the Molenbeek Valley and Silsombos. We depart from the small church of Beisem and walk, as much as possible along the Molenbeek, to the Zwarte Madam and further to the Visitor Center of the Groene Vallei. There we will eat our picnic and enjoy a nice drink. Afterwards, we walk, along other paths, through forest and grasslands, back to the small church of Beisem. Departure at 10 AM at the parking lot of the small church of Beisem, Kerkstraat Veltem-Beisem. Arrival expected around 3 PM to 3:30 PM. Distance: 11 to 12 km. Bring your picnic. Provide sturdy footwear or, in wet weather conditions, boots.
