Cinema Westside - No Other Choice

After 25 years of loyal service, Man-su loses his good job as supervisor of the paper mill when it falls into foreign hands. When it turns out that finding a new job is more difficult than expected, Man-su and his family have to drastically adjust their lifestyle. In a desperate attempt to come out on top in the next application, Man-su decides to eliminate the competition. How far do you go when there is no other choice left? ‘No Other Choice’ premiered at the Filmfestival van Venetië and won the international audience award at the Toronto Filmfestival. The director Park Chan Wook, has already won more than 25 film awards for his work. You probably know him from ‘Oldboy’, ‘The Handmaiden’, and ‘Decision to Leave’.
