KLAAS - Time for me

‘KLAAS’, that is Klaas Delrue, the singer and frontman of Yevgueni. Under his first name, he lets himself be heard solo again in 2026. The solo album ‘Tijd voor mij’ (release March 2026) has consciously become a ‘small record’. KLAAS explicitly puts the singer-songwriter in himself in the foreground. KLAAS chose Dutch this time. For the simple reason that the record had to be as personal as possible. ‘Tijd voor mij’ can be interpreted in that way. But also as a very scarce commodity for the father of 9- and 7-year-old daughters. Live, KLAAS goes back to the essence. Alone on stage. With 10 new songs that need no more than a voice, a guitar, and some decorations. With the stories behind them. With tributes to his heroes. And undoubtedly a few solo versions of Yevgueni pearls.
