Nightjar walk

On the almost longest night of the year, at twilight, we go in search of the nightjar. At night, this special species comes to life and sounds an impressive salvo of extraterrestrial sounds in the thin air, with – up to 1900 notes per minute. Accompanied by our nature guide and expert Koen Leysen, we dive into the night in search of this mysterious heath dweller.  The walk lasts about 1.5 hours and is not accessible to dogs.
