Introduction to Systemics

The systemic approach will allow you to apprehend the human in their system of belonging. Couple system, family system, social system, company system... Man constantly juggles with his different systems. We will familiarize ourselves with the different systemic concepts, we will model the functioning of a system and the influences present. We will refine our observation of the human system through practical exercises. We will experiment with the systemic “toolbox”. OBJECTIVES OF THIS TRAINING IN SYSTEMICS This initiation to systemics will give you access to the general foundations of this practice. Through the history of the systemic approach you will deepen the finesse of your observation of the human/client system. Your decoding of the system will allow you to identify the recurring symptoms/problems of the couple, family, team system... Through practical exercises and interactive exchanges you will refine your knowledge of systemic tools. FOR WHOM? This training is aimed at Human professionals: coaches, therapists, consultant, human development manager, HRD... Your skills will be reinforced by concrete and useful systemic tools during your support paths. Your relevance of observation and treatment of the human system will be beneficial to bring out the positive resources of your clients.
