Edible plants vs. Toxic plants

The answer to the question "is this plant edible?" is not always simple! Beyond rigorous identification, you need to know which part to consume, in what quantity, and how to prepare it. Indeed, some species prove to be both edible and toxic depending on their use! Known or unknown, some of these plants are to be discovered during a tour of the various collections of Jardin Massart.
