Movement and Culture Day

LDC De Binding and GC Nohva are joining forces with BOp, VGC, and many other partners to organize a wonderful activity day. The morning program includes numerous sporting activities such as Qigong, chair dancing, movement and the brain, a movement course, a 7 km walk or a gentle walk (2 km) with a guide and entertainment, tea meditation, and an information session on Halt2diabetes. In the afternoon, we will enjoy the concert "Surround XL" by Brussels Philharmonic, thanks to a stream of this special event. Discover classical music as you have never experienced it before, in a true 360° experience. Those who prefer to stay active can take another walk. We will conclude the day with a pleasant get-together over a tasty mocktail. Are you with a group of at least 5 people? Then request your free bus transport quickly (before June 8).
