From Buerstede Castle to Cleydael Castle

We start at Buerstede Castle, an old estate located next to the busy A12. During the walk, we will get to know the Buerstede district, the largest district in our municipality in terms of surface area. The oldest habitation of Aartselaar can be found in this district, alongside a vanished windmill, a modern nursery school, and of course, two beautiful castles. We will cross the Grote Struysbeek and view the beautiful spots in this green corner of Aartselaar.
