Speelpunt Boekstart (0-3 years)

With the Speelpunt Boekstart, we open the doors of the library to young parents and grandparents who want to meet others together with their baby or toddler or are looking for a cozy place to spend the morning. In this play point, the emphasis is less on playing, but rather on being cozy together and the beautiful collection of books for our little ones. Because reading aloud with a baby or toddler is more than just reading. Making up stories, singing songs, and telling rhymes with the pictures. Discover together with your little one how much fun you can have with books. Reading together is a wonderfully cozy moment, reading together is fun for two. It is therefore an ideal opportunity to pick up your Boekstart toddler bag and/or make your child a free member of the library. The play point in the library is a place where you: Can read books together with your baby or toddler. Get tips from volunteers about reading aloud to your children. Can pick up your Je Boekstart toddler bag. Can meet other parents. We have a chat and drink a cup of coffee together. Future parents are also welcome. What, where, when? Every 3rd Wednesday of the month between 9:30 and 11:30 AM in the library. It is not mandatory to stay the whole time, you can just drop in whenever it suits you. Registration in advance is not necessary.
