Brassband BorderBrass in Concert

During this unique top concert in Hoogstraten, Brassband Borderbrass shines together with the internationally renowned cornet soloist Lode Violet. The core of this concert revolves around the absolute synergy between the band and the fabulous, soloistic brass work of Violet. Lode Violet, principal subject teacher of saxhorn at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Antwerpen and multiple winner of international soloist competitions, is central to this event. The repertoire is specially composed around virtuoso and lyrical soloistic music, in which the cornet is pushed to the limit both technically and emotionally.
