Awesome walk

Moving is good for your body and your mind: Walking, especially in nature, improves your mood and helps you better cope with your challenges. Walking is also about 'un-meeting', a chance to connect with each other. CM, Te Gek!? and Natuurpunt have mapped out various walking routes in an oasis of green. Along the way, Sien Eggers brings the story of Nikki, written by Hugo Matthysen. In her own funny way, Nikki tells you what walking does for your mind. We will gather at 13:45 at the parking lot of Domein Kiewit, Putvennestraat. We will walk together to the starting point of the walk, which is approximately 4.3 km long.
