Wild foraging workshop

Will you rewild with me? 🌿 I would love to take you on a journey of discovery through the landscape. Let yourself be surprised by all the wild herbs that grow right at your feet. Between forest, pond, and grassy verges, we will go in search of edible and medicinal wild plants and herbs. You will learn how to recognize them, pick them safely, and use them in simple preparations. We will finish by making (and tasting!) a few small preparations, and you will receive a fact sheet to take home so you can continue experimenting in the wild yourself. For everyone with an open mind, a taste for green, and a touch of wild. Program 13:30: Start of the walk (+- 1.5km). Discover accessible wild plants, their properties, and possible applications. 15:00 – 16:00: We will prepare a small tasting and a preparation to take home.
