Summer at Walter – Concert | On the rocking of the sea

Let yourself be carried away by an atmospheric concert in which music and poetry meet. Trio Lierre, with sopranos Chia-Fen Wu and Els Van Daele and harpist Maja Dvoracek, brings a refined program with French romantic songs, inspired by the hushed poems of Walter Vilain. The sea and the water form the common thread in a concert full of lyricism, intimacy, and sound color. Chia-Fen Wu is connected to the choir of Opera Ballet Vlaanderen and regularly performs as a soloist. Together with soprano Els Van Daele and harpist Maja Dvoracek, she forms Trio Lierre, which focuses on intimate chamber music programs. Els Van Daele is a classical singer and worked on numerous opera and music theater productions. Maja Dvoracek is a concert harpist and solo harpist at Opera Ballet Vlaanderen and regularly performs as a soloist with international orchestras. This concert is part of Zomer bij Walter, an artistic summer residency in the Vanneuvillehuis where visual art, music, and meeting come together.
