Forest bathing for Midsummer in Mortagnebos (Zwevegem) - shinrin-yoku

It is Midsummer. The days are at their longest. It is time to - together with nature - rest for a moment in the fullness of the moment. During this forest bath, you head into nature in a small group. Not to walk far or to perform, but to consciously slow down and experience summer with all your senses. Through simple and accessible invitations, you pause to reflect on what is living around you. And then you notice how much life is buzzing at this time. Wildflowers open themselves to the sun, the greenery smells wonderful in the warm evening air, and birds fill the silence with their song. The more the forest brings you to rest, the more you notice and the deeper you breathe. Nature shows itself at its richest now. As if it doesn't have to become anything for a moment and can simply shine in everything that is already there. You too may let the hustle and bustle of everyday life fade into the background. As the evening unfolds, you immerse yourself in the abundance of Midsummer: the light between the leaves, the warmth on your skin, the scents, colors, and sounds of a landscape that is fully alive. This forest bath is a relaxing evening in nature. To come to rest, recharge, and simply enjoy everything this season has to offer.
