Johan Verminnen

In the autumn of 2025, the famous Flemish singer Johan Verminnen was ready to kick off his farewell tour, ‘The Last Round’. After a career spanning more than fifty years, he had chosen to take one last musical tour through the places where he had experienced so many wonderful moments. Driven by gratitude and the desire to bid farewell to his audience, he wanted to perform his favourite songs one last time with all his heart and soul. Unfortunately, health reasons forced him to cancel his farewell tour. Now, in the spring of 2026, this farewell is finally getting a sequel. After careful consideration, Johan has decided to organise a new tour. This will allow him to meet his audience one last time and bring his career to a fitting close. A renewed strength, along with unwavering zeal and determination, are driving him forward. Taking matters into his own hands is something he has always done. Is Johan Verminnen cured? No, but he is slowly but surely getting better. On stage, Johan is accompanied by five musicians. Together, they tour the concert halls one last time for a final encounter with the audience.
