Zaad van Satan, The musical

The musical Zaad van Satan is a large-scale production that is rarely performed in its entirety. Due to its size, cast, and artistic ambition, this work belongs to the exceptions within the Flemish music and musical offerings. The orchestra that will carry this performance is Dynamic Symphonic Band. Led by conductor Geert Baetens, this harmony orchestra has been bringing music at a top level for years. The performance tells a gripping story that brings together music, choir, orchestra, actors, extras, and scenography into one powerful total spectacle. With a large cast, a rich musical score, and a distinct visual approach, the audience is immersed in an intense and layered experience. The original creation from 2002 was a great success and reached more than ten thousand spectators. More than twenty years later, Zaad van Satan gets a full-fledged performance again, with respect for the scale and impact the work deserves.
