Walk with a guide through the 115-year-old building and discover how soldiers lived there during the war. Explore the dormitories and living areas, the ammunition rooms, and cannon rooms. Discover why the fort is so popular with bats for hibernation today. Also, be sure to follow the nature trail around the fort. You will not only encounter remnants of the trenches but also a beaver lodge and, of course, a lot of nature.
