TAPIES - the tapir - borrows its method from the Japanese practice of Chindogu: inventing paradoxical tools to solve everyday problems but whose use generates other senseless problems.
Through tricks and improvised effects, TAPIES twists and hollows out the stakes of the spectacular to better play with codes and conventions, and rave figures and numbers.
This solo cabaret, minimal and lo-fi, makes us slide into an altered state, as if under the effect of a shot of hallucinogenic substance.
